Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Must be in its original condition
- Original packaging is recommended (not required but preferred)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We allow customers to try on the product, but items should not show signs of use beyond that.
Personalized / Custom T-Shirts
We understand custom items are special.
- Personalized or made-to-order T-shirts can still be returned
- However, each request will be reviewed individually by our support team before approval

- Photos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
- After that, orders may already be processed
